Modern, Minimalist Styled Shoot

For this styled shoot, we wanted to step away from the farm tables and try something a little bit more modern. We love the current minimalist trend so wanted to jump on board. We shot this bridal styled shoot at the Trinity River Audubon Center because it had the perfect vibe for our vision. The architecture is stunning and the Grand Hall was a blank canvas with gorgeous windows overlooking the nature trail. After shooting there, we headed to Deep Ellum for an industrial backdrop and added white smoke bombs. The photographer, Esther Huynh Photography, captured the shoot exactly how we envisioned it.

Our model, Erica Hamilton killed it in a modern, cut-out wedding dress designed by Elizabeth Leese Bridal. The dress went perfectly with Erica’s sassy ponytail by Megg from Fringe Studio Southlake and her neutral make up look by Jessica Hamilton. Because the dress was sleek and modern, we wanted a bouquet with a punch! Unique Florals Texas definitely hit us with a statement bouquet for our shoot. Finally, we envisioned simple and minimal details and that’s where Once Upon A Lettering Co. came in! Her hand lettering on acrylic pieces were everything.

Here are the wonderful and talented creatives that brought our vision to life:

Planner/Stylist: Party of Two

Hair Stylist: Fringe Studio Southlake (Megg)

Make Up Artist: Jessica Hamilton

Until next time, happy planning! Nadia Ehia
