Velvet Crush Styled Shoot at Sparrow Creek Ranch

We traveled to Graham, Texas for our spring styled shoot at Sparrow Creek Ranch. This venue is perfect for any countryside event. The ranch is surrounded by rolling hills which makes for a perfect backdrop. There’s plenty of room right out front to hold a beautiful ceremony. The interior is adorned with vintage chandeliers and a rustic mirror wall. The barn is open and spacious, great for a reception or event. We loved setting up here for our shoot.

The color palette for our shoot was dusty blue, lavender and greenery. One of our favorite 2018 trends is velvet! We wanted to incorporate velvet accents in our shoot. We used a navy velvet bow tie for the groom, velvet ribbon for the menus, dusty blue velvet bow in the bride’s hair and a velvet accent chair. Although the décor and venue were primarily rustic, we wanted to include some modern pieces. Beautiful Event Rentals helped us achieve that goal by providing marble chargers, slat chairs, rose gold flatware and a copper arch for our altar.
